Arts and Crafts Interior - dobbs ferry, NY

When the clients bought a new home, they commissioned Daniel Contelmo Architects to redesign the bland interior before they had even moved in. The renovation, which was completed entirely within the structure of the existing house, largely consisted of installing finishes like the stained oak paneling and molding, accentuated by black iron details. The split-level home had an open concept and included several staircases and rooms at an angle, making design continuity even more important. Daniel Contelmo worked with the clients throughout the renovation process, using repeated details to create unified spaces that reflect their unique design aesthetic.
